On Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 9:00 am, Dr. Abdul-Wahab Kh. Mousa, Vice President for Students Affairs at the University of Zakho, participated in a doctoral discussion as one of the discussion committee. The discussion was defended at the hall of the Faculty of Education, University of Koya by Ms. Nazira S. Mustafa, a graduate from Kurdish Department-University of Zakho.
